Sangria

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 bottle of pinot noir
  2. 6 ounces of Myers® Dark rum
  3. 3 ounces of cointreau liqueur
  4. 6 ounces of fresh oj
  5. 6 ounces of fresh grapefruit juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut up one whole orange, two limes, two lemons, and one pear and add to the mix. This must marinate 24 hours. This is kept chilled in glass pitchers behind the bar. It is served into a tall glass filled with ice, and topped with two ounces of champagne. Garnish with an orange slice and a pear slice.

For white sangria we substitute pinot grigio for the pinot noir.
